What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide support to the Strategic Account Executives in implementing LLS solutions at client facilities
Ensure clients have adequate materials and knowledge to effectively use all LLS solutions through regular contact
Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives to grow existing business within the region
Manage and maintain all accounts in the prescribed area
Support the Quality Management System (QMS) to improve processes and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
1-3 years of related experience
Valid US driver’s license with a good driving record
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and spreadsheet management
Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in customer service or sales roles
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in managing customer reporting needs
Understanding of diversity and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
