What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Create high‑quality, actionable research content focused on talent management technology

Develop new research and ideas through thought leadership tailored to CHRO needs

Provide timely peer review for research content authored by team members

Engage clients and prospects with actionable advice through various interactions

Attend industry conferences to represent the employer and share insights

What is Required (Qualifications)

10+ years of relevant experience in talent management technology and AI implementation

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred

Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural global team

Demonstrated executive presence and ability to engage effectively with C‑level executives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience advising and working with CHROs and their peers

Proven track record of developing and implementing talent management strategies

Comfort presenting at various speaking engagements on talent management technology

Strong business and financial acumen
