Analyze labor market conditions and talent trends, guiding data collection efforts Synthesize proprietary and publicly available datasets to provide actionable insights for Chief HR Officers (CHROs) Conduct peer reviews for research content and ensure high-quality outputs Engage with clients through virtual and in-person meetings, offering expert advice on talent analytics Create and present materials for Gartner events and client briefings Qualifications
10+ years of relevant industry experience Proficiency in econometric and statistical modeling, with experience in quantitative analytics Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to recognize patterns and defend conclusions Strong knowledge of publicly available data sets relevant to the hiring and labor market Graduate degree in economics, business, social sciences, or statistics (or equivalent) Preferred Qualifications
