What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Train and motivate new and tenured Territory Managers to meet and exceed their segment plans - Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement - Conduct regular field visits to provide coaching and support for achieving objectives - Develop tailored training strategies specific to each Territory Manager's needs - Provide verbal and written follow-up reports highlighting strengths and areas for development
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required - Two or more years of experience in a clinical environment, sales, and/or training and mentoring role required - Experience in the medical products industry and working with physicians preferred - Clinical knowledge of ECG interpretation and basic cardiac anatomy and physiology preferred - Must have dedicated coaching/training experience with a history of success in sales
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in the medical products industry and familiarity with healthcare settings - Strong facilitation and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences - Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and audio-visual equipment - Experience in project management and independent work
