Responsibilities
Train and motivate new and tenured Territory Managers to meet their segment plans
Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify and coach on areas of opportunity
Conduct regular field visits to coach Territory Managers on achieving objectives
Develop tailored training strategies based on individual assessments of Territory Managers
Provide follow-up reports highlighting strengths and areas for improvement for Territory Managers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of two years experience in a clinical environment, sales, or training and mentoring role
Experience in the medical products industry and working with physicians preferred
Clinical knowledge of ECG interpretation, basic cardiac anatomy, and physiology preferred
Proven success in sales and dedicated coaching/training experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a medical products environment
Strong facilitation and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences
Comfort in calling on physicians in various settings
Proficiency in project management and ability to prioritize multiple assignments
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and audio-visual equipment
