Pay Range Base pay: $37,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth; average earnings $55,000–$75,000; top performers can earn up to $85,000+.
Location Remote; must reside in North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, Indiana, Massachusetts, or West Virginia.
Description Future Remote Inside Sales Representatives are being hired. Training starts January 2026. Unlicensed class begins 26 Jan 2026; licensed class 9 Feb 2026. Paid training, licensing in all 50 states, and a dynamic role that directs only warm leads (no cold calls). Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day; mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST). All required computer equipment is provided. Training period: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads.
Consult customers on their insurance needs and match suitable coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Represent the Liberty brand as a front‑line liaison, believing in the products and connecting customers to the right solutions.
Adapt well to varying environments, schedules, and policyholder needs.
Maintain a professional workspace with wired high‑speed internet and a dedicated desk.
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Proficient typing and PC skills.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
