Base pay range $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr
Job Details Our Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. The role operates from a remote work environment with paid training and licensing across all 50 states.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads from policyholders.
Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
Match coverages, products, and benefits to meet customer goals.
Close sales while maintaining a customer‑centric approach with integrity and professionalism.
Support training and licensing requirements, including completing a 16‑week program for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Maintain a professional workspace with high‑speed internet and all required computer equipment.
Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months.
Training & Benefits
16‑week training for licensed hires; 18‑week training for unlicensed hires.
Paid training includes Property & Casualty Insurance licensing.
Medical benefits start on Day 1.
No cold calls – all incoming warm leads.

Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held).
Location Position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role.
Pay Philosophy The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
