What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30‑40 inbound calls per day in a fast‑paced environment

Maintain all state licenses and manage relationships with prior carriers as needed

Work independently while also being a part of a team‑oriented atmosphere

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections

Preferable sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking; inbound sales experience is a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a high call volume

Capability to maintain state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable

High‑speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous sales experience in the Insurance industry

Experience with inbound sales strategies

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs

Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
