What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30‑40 inbound calls per day in a customer‑facing role

Adapt to a fast‑paced environment while maintaining focus and attention

Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, with a strong ability to negotiate and overcome objections

Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus

Ability to maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable

Strong capability to work both independently and as part of a team

High‑speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Sales experience specifically in the insurance industry

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Experience in a metric‑driven sales environment

Ability to thrive in a remote work setting with minimal distractions
