What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Actively prospect new business opportunities with small to mid-sized corporate accounts
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to account renewal
Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions for clients
Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and selling complex software solutions
Ability to engage with C-level executives and utilize a consultative sales approach
Experience in leading detailed sales processes with multiple stakeholders
Ability to develop and execute effective account plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree preferred
Experience with high-velocity sales and a land-and-expand approach
Enthusiasm for prospecting and managing the sales cycle independently
