Liberty Mutual Insurance – Sales Representative, Inbound Remote
Base pay:
$55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr (base salary) plus commission opportunities. Starting base salary $45,000.00 with growth potential.
Location Open to candidates residing in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, and Louisiana.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, conduct consultations with customers on insurance needs.
Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Represent the Liberty brand, connect customers to the right products for individual needs.
Adapt to flexible work environment (remote or office), maintain high-quality customer service.
Training & Development
16‑week training for licensed hires, 18‑week training for unlicensed hires.
No cold calls – all incoming warm leads.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.

Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with mid‑morning start (example 11 am–8 pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment provided; requires dedicated workspace with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported.
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty Insurance License (training will be provided if not currently held).
