Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for the registration platform, managing all updates related to events
Oversee the execution of sponsorship deliverables, ensuring timely fulfillment of all promised benefits
Manage conference merchandise lifecycle, from creative concept proposals to inventory oversight
Provide customer support through the conference dedicated mailbox, addressing registration and logistical issues
Assist in monitoring overall event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met across various workstreams
Qualifications
3-5 years of direct experience in event management, specifically with large-scale user conferences of 5,000+ attendees
Required proficiency and hands-on experience with Cvent, including website builder and registration logic
Proven ability to manage invoices, track expenses, and reconcile sponsorship payments accurately
Exceptional written communication skills for managing external sponsor expectations and internal queries
Meticulous attention to detail and capability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with event mobile apps and attendee hubs
Collaborative team-player with a strong customer-service mindset
Self-motivated and confident in taking ownership of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
