What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary administrator for the Cvent registration platform, ensuring smooth event registration
Oversee sponsorship deliverables, acting as the main contact for fulfillment of benefits
Manage the lifecycle of conference swag and merchandise, including purchasing and inventory oversight
Provide customer support via the conference dedicated mailbox, addressing registration and logistical issues
Assist in monitoring overall event timelines and ensure deadlines are met across workstreams
What is Required (Qualifications)
3-5 years of direct experience in event management, particularly with large-scale user conferences of 5,000+ attendees
Required proficiency and hands-on experience with Cvent and event mobile apps/attendee hubs
Proven ability to manage invoices, track expenses, and reconcile sponsorship payments accurately
Exceptional written communication skills for managing sponsor expectations and internal queries
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong customer-service mindset
Self-motivated and confident in taking ownership of responsibilities
Willingness to travel for on-site support at both Pantheon and Ignite conferences
