What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary administrator for the Cvent registration platform and execute website updates
Oversee the execution of sponsorship deliverables and manage financial oversight of invoices
Manage the lifecycle of conference swag and merchandise, from concept to delivery
Provide timely customer support through the conference dedicated mailbox and internal communication channels
Assist the Events Manager in monitoring event timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
What is Required (Qualifications)
3-5 years of direct experience in event management, specifically with large-scale user conferences
Proficiency and hands‑on experience with Cvent, including website builder and registration logic
Proven ability to manage invoices, track expenses, and reconcile sponsorship payments
Exceptional written communication skills for managing sponsor expectations and internal queries
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with event mobile apps and attendee hubs
A collaborative team-player with a strong customer‑service mindset
Self‑motivated with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to travel for on-site support at both Pantheon and Ignite conferences
