What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary administrator for the registration platform and manage website updates
Lead the development of the mobile app and attendee hub, enhancing on-site engagement
Oversee execution of sponsorship deliverables, ensuring timely fulfillment of promises
Manage the conference dedicated mailbox, providing customer support on registration issues
Assist in monitoring overall event timelines to ensure deadlines are met across various workstreams
What is Required (Qualifications)
3-5 years of direct experience in event management, particularly with large-scale user conferences
Required proficiency and hands‑on experience with Cvent, including website builder and registration logic
Proven ability to manage invoices, track expenses, and reconcile sponsorship payments
Exceptional written communication skills for managing sponsor expectations and internal queries
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with event mobile apps and attendee hubs
Collaborative team‑player with a strong customer‑service mindset
Self‑motivated and confident in taking ownership of responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to travel to provide on‑site support for events
