What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary administrator for the registration platform, managing all related updates
Oversee sponsorship deliverables, ensuring all benefits are fulfilled accurately and on time
Manage the lifecycle of conference swag and merchandise, from concept to delivery
Provide timely customer support for registration and logistical inquiries
Assist in monitoring event timelines and ensuring deadlines are met across various workstreams
What is Required (Qualifications)
3-5 years of direct experience in event management, particularly with large-scale user conferences
Proficiency with Cvent, including website builder and registration logic
Proven ability to manage invoices and track sponsorship payments accurately
Strong written communication skills to manage sponsor and employee queries
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with event mobile apps and attendee hubs
High energy and a collaborative team-player mindset
Willingness to travel for on-site event support
Comfort in fast-paced environments and taking ownership of responsibilities
