The primary focus of this role is to nurture and strengthen existing client relationships. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring utmost client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Client Retention: Develop strategies to retain and strengthen relationships with past clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction with products or services.
Communication: Maintain regular and proactive communication with past clients to address needs, gather feedback, and provide relevant updates or offerings.
Cross-Sell/Enhance Services: Identify opportunities to inform and educate past clients about other firm services relevant to them.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions to facilitate effective communication and engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with intake, marketing, and other departments to align strategies with messaging to past clients.
The Client Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships and driving additional value from past clients.
Qualifications
Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
