Relationship Manager

Our client is looking for a

Business Relationship Manager (BRM)

to join its growing Technology team. This strategic and collaborative role serves as the vital link between IT and core business units, helping to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive impactful outcomes. This is a hybrid position based in Dutchess County, NY.
Responsibilities and Duties
Act as the primary liaison between technology and assigned business areas
Understand business challenges and recommend tech-enabled solutions
Guide requests through the Technology intake and governance process
Support project prioritization, roadmap development, and benefit realization
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, strategic delivery, or similar roles
Proven relationship-building and communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
