What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive markets
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
Drive revenue achievement through various channels, including contractors and panel shops
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switchgear
Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canadian markets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with value-based selling techniques
Familiarity with negotiating high-level contracts for Key Accounts
Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
Understanding of electrical connection and protection solutions
Capability to navigate construction project sites
