What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
Manage high-level relationships with Key Accounts and lead revenue achievement initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to drive Surge sales and educate on value-based selling
Negotiate contracts and manage local programs for contractors and end users
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switchgear
Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and related sales analytics tools
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience selling to contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on value-based selling techniques
Familiarity with navigating construction project sites
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally
Demonstrated ability to mentor and educate sales teams
