What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned region

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified industrial safety projects

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as plant managers and engineers

Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend tailored safety solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications)

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

3–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial, construction, or capital equipment environments

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with multiple decision-makers

Strong business development skills and the ability to work independently in a remote role

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, to track sales activity and manage a pipeline

Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
