Unlicensed Class Begins: January 26, 2026
Licensed Class Begins: February 9, 2026
Compensation
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Job Location Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of New York. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Attend paid training in a remote work environment.
Requirements
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
