Inside Sales Representative – Remote (Florida)
We’re inviting motivated, people‑focused individuals to apply in advance for our Inside Sales Representative training opportunities beginning in January 2026. This position is based in the state of Florida.
Pay Details
Base salary: $45,000 – $75,000 annually.
Potential earnings: top performers can reach $85k+.
Key Dates
Unlicensed Class Begins: January 26, 2026 or February 23, 2026.
Licensed Class Begins: February 9, 2026.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs.
Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Proficient typing skills and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty Insurance license (training provided if not held).
