Responsibilities
Serve as the primary account contact for prospects and customers
Manage inbound sales inquiries and demo requests for SaaS products
Coordinate initial and follow‑up product demos with Sales Engineers
Prepare quotes and assist with renewals and upgrades
Identify and pursue expansion, cross‑sell, and referral opportunities
Facilitate customer access to technical and product support resources
Nurture warm leads and maintain strong long‑term account relationships
Requirements
Customer‑focused with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
Experience managing and growing B2B SaaS accounts at director, VP, and executive levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
Demonstrated success supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Strong references from former managers or supervisors
