Base pay: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.

Position Details Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role.
Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality. Qualities like these cannot be taught but can be sharpened, strengthened, and appropriately compensated when you join Liberty Mutual Insurance as part of our Contact Center Sales Organization.
As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time; expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. Must maintain a professional workspace with dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile services.

2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service‑related work experience required.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not held).
