Sales Representative, Inbound Remote (Liberty Mutual Insurance)
Join our sales team to work remotely handling inbound calls and warm leads for Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Pay Range $55,000.00 per year – $75,000.00 per year (base salary; commissions may increase total earnings).
Position Summary As an Inside Sales Agent, you will consult with customers on their insurance needs, match the correct coverages, and convert sales leads into policyholders. This role involves paid training, licensing in all 50 states, and working a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads.
Consult customers on insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
Close sales with integrity and customer focus.
Maintain a professional workspace and high‑speed internet connection.
Participate in 16‑week (licensed) or 18‑week (unlicensed) training program.
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Typing proficiency and PC competency.
Property & Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not held).
