Pay Details

Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.

Average earnings range from $55,000–$75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85,000+.

Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the states of North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, Indiana, Massachusetts, and West Virginia. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.

Job Details

Handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs, and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example 11 am–8 pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber, or DSL) high‑speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services.

Position Details

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.

All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing.

Qualifications

2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.

Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty License required after hire.
