What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Conduct high-quality qualification, discovery, demo, and negotiation conversations to drive renewable Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective inbound and outbound strategies

Run consultative discovery calls and value-led product demonstrations

Negotiate pricing and navigate deals to closure while maintaining CRM discipline

Stay informed on short-term rental market trends to position yourself as a trusted industry expert

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, including both inbound and outbound sales

Proficiency in English with strong communication skills

Demonstrated passion for sales with a hunter mentality

Clear and confident negotiation skills for closing high-value deals

Strong CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the short-term rental or tourism/travel technology sectors

Familiarity with HubSpot and its functionalities

Previous attendance at industry events
