What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers
Manage accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, from initial contact to renewal
Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
What is Required (Qualifications):
College degree preferred with a minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the corporate sector
Experience in selling complex software solutions using a consultative approach
Skilled in engaging with C-level executives and identifying business challenges
Ability to develop and execute effective account plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with high velocity sales and a land-and-expand approach
Familiarity with leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
Comfort working from a home office and traveling to customer locations
