What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline

Manage major accounts, leading the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets on a regular basis

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector

Proven success selling complex enterprise software with a consultative approach

Experience engaging C‑suite executives using solution selling techniques

Strong ability to manage multi‑stakeholder sales processes from prospecting to close

Deep understanding of AI and its applications in business

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

College degree preferred

Self‑starter with a growth mindset and ability to drive change

Experience contributing to sales strategy and account planning

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
