What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute regional sales plans in collaboration with operations and finance

Manage day-to-day activities of sales representatives, including strategy development and issue resolution

Ensure alignment across sales and operations to deliver best- in- class customer satisfaction

Cultivate high-performing teams, focusing on talent development and performance review processes

Drive transformational go-to-market strategies to improve local growth opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree preferred

5+ years of sales and/or leadership experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives

Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and SmartSheet; D365 experience is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the security solutions industry

Familiarity with automatic door systems and related technologies

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong network within the industry

Experience in training and developing sales teams
