What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute regional sales plans in collaboration with operations, manufacturing, and finance

Manage daily activities of sales representatives, including sales pipeline reviews and local sales strategy development

Foster alignment across field functions to enhance customer satisfaction

Cultivate high-performing teams through hiring, training, and performance reviews

Implement go-to-market strategies to improve local growth opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or leadership experience

Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce (SFDC), and SmartSheet

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with D365

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with the security solutions industry

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Residency in the South Central Region (Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma)
