We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Lead Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in the supplemental insurance market. As a key driver of our growth, you will master our sales process, develop new territories, and mentor emerging talent.
Location & Pay Range Location: Conway, SC
Base Pay Range:
$96,000 – $126,000 per year

Responsibilities
Master the full sales cycle within six months and exceed individual goals.
Generate and qualify new prospects, managing a pipeline that leads to measurable revenue.
Mentor and coach new team members on sales strategies and best practices.
Maintain high standards of personal excellence and uphold the company’s commitment to integrity and results.
We expect a proactive leader who challenges conventions and sets new benchmarks in the supplemental insurance industry.

Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (or equivalent; recent graduates within 6 months considered).
