What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead onboarding and ongoing education for field teams, focusing on product and therapy training

Create tailored training tracks for various sales roles, especially for Therapy Development Territory Managers

Design and implement a comprehensive training mentor program with collateral resources

Manage training content and execution across assigned programs

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and enhance field capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 10+ years in product/procedure training

Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)

Experience with learning management systems and familiarity with SCORM-compliant tools

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a willingness to travel 20-30%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Endovascular or cath lab experience

Experience developing training materials and resources for healthcare professionals

Familiarity with additional training and certification processes in the medical field
