What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies and ethics

Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to meet customer needs

Monitor business performance against objectives and utilize tools for effective planning

Maintain accurate records of interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Provide customers with insights and tailored interactions using approved learning materials

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or equivalent sales experience

Experience in specialty pharmacy, distribution channels, and/or HUBs

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Ability to travel up to 75% and must reside in the assigned territory

Valid driver's license required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in pulmonology or with specialty healthcare providers in any therapeutic area

Success with multiple product launches

Demonstrated ability to navigate flexible and agile working environments
