What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve monthly sales budget and manage accurate forecasts for the territory
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in key customers
Provide and coordinate technical support and training to customers as needed
Conduct comprehensive business reviews with customers to ensure sales growth
Maintain accurate CRM and manage expense reports in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School diploma or equivalent required; BS in Business Administration or applicable degree preferred
3+ years of experience in Sales required
Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Solid technical ability and knowledge of Customer Focused Sales (CFS)
Ability to travel overnight 50% of the time, predominantly by car
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the light construction industry
Familiarity with diamond tools and equipment
Strong understanding of market share dynamics and competitive positioning
