Responsibilities

Provide analytical and operational support for the development, implementation, and refinement of pricing models and methodologies for Advisory Consulting and Audit teams.

Ensure pricing initiatives align with functional business objectives to drive profitability, scalability, and long‑term value creation.

Develop and maintain programmatic tools, templates, playbooks, and pricing calculators to support scalable pricing practices; prototype pricing models to test innovative approaches and continuous improvement; perform quality assurance on outputs to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Design, build, roll out and manage value‑based and offer configuration pricing programs to transition away from time‑and‑material pricing; oversee value benefit analytics, manage conversion efforts, build cross‑functional stakeholder relationships, and prepare executive communication.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the software and SaaS space; conduct market research and benchmarking to inform pricing decisions and align with market trends and client needs; monitor and analyze pricing performance to optimize strategies and drive profitability.

Manage pricing projects from initiation to completion; track timelines, deliverables and cross‑functional coordination; collaborate with Business Analysts to monitor progress and update stakeholders.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of recent experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related roles, ideally within B2B professional services or consulting.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret complex data and make data‑driven decisions; proficiency in pricing tools, Excel, and advanced Excel skills; GenAI experience a plus.

Proven experience developing and refining pricing strategies, including value‑based, subscription, and performance‑based models.

Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional initiatives and stakeholder management with finance, sales, and operations teams; strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, and engage with technical and non‑technical staff.

Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.

Salary & Benefits California Salary Range: $61,800 – $126,800. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k), personal well‑being benefits, personal time off, holidays, and breaks.
