Job Responsibilities
Manage national outside sales and technical responsibilities for the nVent Telecom product line
Drive revenue through customer education and influence end-user specifications
Track opportunities and activities using Salesforce.com (SFDC)
Develop and maintain relationships with key distributor accounts and manage pricing
Provide training and technical support on nVent products to agents and customers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is preferred, ideally in a technical discipline
Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the electrical products sector, particularly in telecom
Ability to work remotely and travel 60% of the time; a valid driver's license is required
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing or working strategically with third-party representative agencies
Proficiency in using Salesforce.com
Previous experience in providing product demonstrations and technical support
