What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including physicians and clinical staff
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives via in-person and virtual communications
Collaborate with internal partners, including marketing and medical science liaisons, to enhance product promotion
Uphold ethical standards and compliance with industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams while building trust among peers
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales and account management disposition
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience
Experience with close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution
Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with project management and analytical problem-solving
Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to thrive in performance-based environments
