What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare providers and advocacy groups
Collaborate with internal partners including marketing, medical science liaisons, and patient access teams
Uphold highest ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build trust among peers
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree in science or related field
Experience with close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution
Knowledge of psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic medications
Excellent project management skills and analytical thinking abilities
