Responsibilities

Quickly learn and understand the platform's value for small and growing lawn service businesses

Conduct engaging online demos to inspire stakeholders and drive growth

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing with a proactive approach

Master the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects

Utilize tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft to manage activities and build a strong sales pipeline

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within small to medium-sized business markets

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS Account Executive role

Strong communication skills, including active listening and consultative selling

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deals and quick turnarounds

Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing the sales pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the field service management market

Familiarity with AI-powered analytics or similar technologies

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Natural ability to build authentic relationships and earn trust quickly

Strong negotiation skills and experience with consultative selling
