What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop a strong understanding of the platform and its value for small and growing lawn service businesses
Conduct online demos to engage stakeholders and showcase the platform's benefits
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing with a proactive sales approach
Utilize tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft to manage sales activity and forecast accurately
Achieve weekly KPIs by booking and holding demos and closing deals to exceed sales quotas
What is Required (Qualifications)
1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS Account Executive role
Strong communication skills, including active listening and consultative selling
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing the sales pipeline
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the field service management or SaaS industries
Familiarity with analytics and digital transformation trends in service industries
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build authentic relationships with clients
