Develop a deep understanding of the employer's platform and its value for small lawn service businesses Conduct engaging online demos that inspire stakeholders and drive business growth Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, adopting a proactive and results-oriented approach Utilize top-tier sales tools to track activity, build forecasts, and maintain a strong sales pipeline Meet and exceed weekly performance metrics including booked demos and sales quotas What is Required (Qualifications):
1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and consultative selling Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deals and quick turnarounds Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing sales activities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense A positive attitude and natural talent for building relationships Proven ability to inspire stakeholders during product demonstrations We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
