What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop a strong understanding of the employer's platform and its value for small lawn service businesses

Conduct online demos that inspire stakeholders and facilitate growth and efficiency

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, adopting a proactive sales approach

Utilize tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft to manage activities and build a reliable sales pipeline

Achieve weekly performance metrics, including demos booked and sales closed

What is Required (Qualifications):

1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS Account Executive role

Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and consultative selling

Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple deals simultaneously

Self‑motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a sales role targeting small and growing businesses

Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems to enhance efficiency

A positive attitude and proven track record of relationship building

Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and demands

Knowledge of the field service management industry
