Build a strong understanding of the platform and its value for small and growing lawn service businesses

Lead online demos to inspire stakeholders and drive sales

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing with a proactive approach

Conduct discovery sessions and proof of concept to enhance the sales experience

Utilize tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft to manage sales activities and forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications)

1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role

Strong initiative and ability to work independently

Excellent communication skills for active listening and consultative selling

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deals effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in a consultative sales environment

Familiarity with field service management software

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Ability to build authentic relationships quickly

Experience in digital transformation sales
