Job Responsibilities

Engage proactively with assigned SMB RealGreen customer accounts to understand their business needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships

Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and account planning sessions to identify growth opportunities

Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer priorities

Manage the sales cycle, including discovery, negotiation, and closing of sales agreements

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of meeting targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients

Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and advance opportunities through the sales cycle

Highly organized and self‑motivated, with the ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously

Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consultative selling and understanding client needs

Demonstrated ability to deliver value in customer interactions

Previous experience in field‑service management software solutions
