What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Quickly learn and understand the employer's platform to effectively serve small and growing lawn service businesses

Conduct online demos that engage and inspire stakeholders to envision future growth and efficiency

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, adopting a proactive and results‑driven approach

Utilize top‑tier sales tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft to maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts

Meet weekly performance indicators, including demos booked and deals closed, to exceed sales quotas

What is Required (Qualifications)

1-3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role

Strong communication skills, including active listening and consultative selling techniques

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and quick turnarounds

Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing the sales pipeline and closing deals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with consultative selling techniques and building authentic relationships with clients

Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management tools

A positive, can‑do attitude that contributes to team dynamics and client engagement
