Order Picker

Job Summary:
Our San Jose, California facility is looking for a dedicated Order Picker to join our operations. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is vital for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of our inventory. You'll be working with a diverse range of products and will need to demonstrate keen attention to detail. The fast-paced nature of our logistics operations means you'll always be engaged and contributing directly to our success. Responsibilities:

• Locating and retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanners.
• Ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment by verifying product codes and quantities.
• Packing items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
• Operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
• Adhering strictly to all warehouse Safety procedures and guidelines.
• Using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Assisting with inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Reporting any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily picking targets and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
• Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
• Familiarity with warehouse scanning technology.
• Demonstrated understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a standing and walking environment.
• Team-oriented and reliable.
