What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide day‑to‑day organizational and administrative support to senior Client Services leaders
Help develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives
Track financial data using advanced Excel skills and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
Contribute to team meetings, project planning sessions, and client communications
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus
At least 1 year of project coordination or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior internship or professional experience in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (able to maintain and analyze complex spreadsheets)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
