What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Establish, maintain, and lead key customer relationships while renewing all business

Drive sales efforts for targeted account areas and assess client needs for profitable sales

Develop business cases on behalf of target accounts to support solution development

Lead negotiations, manage the sales pipeline, pricing, and customer contracts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the employer at key customer meetings or events

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing, strategic sales role

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Strong understanding of national client accounts and ability to influence client agendas

Proven negotiation skills and experience driving significant revenue growth with complex strategic clients

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in industries such as professional services, retail, restaurants, hospitality, education, healthcare, and manufacturing

Confirmed sales/solution selling experience with the ability to translate client data into rapid sales

Knowledge of existing and emerging regulatory/compliance requirements

Strong presentation and communication skills with C-level executives

Experience working with cross-functional teams and understanding key skills across the employer's competencies
